This checklist provides every broker a "cheat sheet"
when interviewing a client. Once completed, the information gathered will be all you need to
determine to which of your funding sources you should take the application. In fact, if you've
taken the time to know your funding source, you should have a fair expectation of its
approval because you have chosen the right funding source for
the applicant.
